When should I expect my order?
I run this business solo, so while I can’t pack and ship at the speed of big companies, I do my best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. I usually ship daily, and it typically takes 1-3 days for dispatch. During super busy times, it might take up to a week, so I really appreciate your patience!
My order isn't quite right..
As a small business, I generally can’t offer returns on prints, stickers, and similar items. However, if you’ve ordered clothing and need to change sizes, just shoot me an email at pheebrobinson@gmail.com to discuss it. I’ll send out the replacement once I receive the original item back.
My order has arrived faulty!
If your order arrives significantly damaged during delivery, I’m happy to send a replacement. Just email me a photo of the damage at pheebrobinson@gmail.com or use the contact form on my site, and I’ll do my best to help!
My information is incorrect
If you have any questions or need to make changes to your order, feel free to use the contact form on the website or email me. Just a heads-up—once your order has been shipped, I won’t be able to make any changes. Please double-check all your details, especially your shipping address, before placing your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
I currently only ship to addresses in the UK.
